Shadows Tribute Act
They were the band that got thousands of teenage boys strumming tennis rackets and wearing thick black framed spectacles in the 60s. We are of course talking about The Shadows. With chart successes spanning six decades, The Shadows were undoubtedly the UK’s leading instrumental group. The Bourne Again Shadows reproduce these classic sounds with stunning authenticity.
“This band’s tribute to the Shadows is not only faithful, but immaculate. Close your eyes and it could be 1960. It’s the real deal, and shouldn’t be missed”
Mike Hurst – The Springfields, Record Producer for Cat Stevens, The Move, Showaddywaddy, Manfred Mann and PP Arnold
Mike was certainly not alone in this view. Take a look at the “Testimonials” from other serious professionals in the music business as well as some of the comments from delighted audience members.
As well as playing classic hits like Apache, Kontiki, Wonderful land, Foot-tapper and Dance On, the band delves into The Shadows’ extensive back catalogue of hundreds of EP and LP tracks, so that the show is constantly refreshed.
So come along to one of our shows. We guarantee you will be tapping your feet down memory lane
